TERMS & CONDITIONS

⚫PRODUCTS and MERCHANDISE:

 ▪️AUTHENTIC items from Korea. 🇰🇷
 
 ▪️💯% OFFICIAL KR press, new, and sealed unless stated.
 
 ▪️All official albums are counted in charts.
 
⚫PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

 ▪️May get out of stock without prior notice. If out of stock, I will inform you as soon as possible, and then you can have an option of changing the item or a refund.
 
  (Other options may occur.)
 
 ▪️ETA/EDA: Estimated Time/Date of Arrival is 4-6 WEEKS after it has been shipped out from Korea. ETA might be extended due to unexpected factors. (e.g. Holidays, weather conditions, pandemic)
 
 ▪️I AM NOT LIABLE TO THE FOLLOWING:
 
 1️⃣ Posters and pre-order gifts are always limited for first press only, and may get out of stock early.
 
 2️⃣ Factory defect may occur on sealed items such as production damage/malfunction from the manufacturers.
 
 3️⃣ Damage by any 3rd party/international courier’s mishandling.
 
 4️⃣ Delays during shipment/Customs processing.
 
⚫ORDER FORM:

 ▪️Only fill out the form if you are 100% sure with your order/s. By filling out, you have agreed to the TERMS & CONDITIONS of this shop.
 
 ▪️If still a MINOR, be sure to ask consent from you parents/guardian.
 
 ❗STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS ONCE YOU FILL OUT THE FORM. YOU WILL BE POSTED PUBLICLY AS JOY RESERVER/BOGUS BUYER IF YOU CAN'T COMPLY WHAT YOU HAVE FILLED OUT.
 
⚫PAYMENTS

 ▪️COD for pre-order items are only available on shopee
 
 ▪️Accepts at least 50-70% DOWN PAYMENT depends on the item. (Changes may occur.)
 
 ▪️Payments received after deadline will result to unsecured slot/POB gifts.
 
 ▪️Balance should be paid within the said deadline.
 
 ▪️Failure to settle the balance within the deadline will have a PENALTY of 20 pesos every succeeding week.
 
 ▪️Payment details will be given after fully submitting an order form.

 ▪️Balance in shipping fee can be paid upon the arrival of the item in my address.
 
 ▪️Posters with no tubes will be folded. (Shipping fee with tubes and no tubes vary.)
 
 ▪️TRACK YOUR OWN PARCEL. Tracking numbers will be sent right after shipping.  
 
 ▪️Combined shipping is allowed, but SF varies depending on item/s.
